Lagerstroemia indica “Muskogee” Crape Myrtle

A flowering Crape Myrtle shrub.

A deciduous shrub or tree that is attractive year-round for fall color, peeling bark, and profuse bloom that lasts all summer. The species is native to China and the variety was developed at the U.S. National Arboretum. It grows to 25 feet tall and 12 feet wide. Many hybrids are available in bloom colors from white to lavender and red. Give it full sun and moderate water.
