Even the most elaborate of events has a single purpose: to place an approving smile on the face of every guest. It takes a special place to make this happen. The Clovis Botanical Garden is such a place.

Facility Use Fees are based on number of hours needed for event; including set up and clean up time.
- There is a 4-hour minimum for the Pavilion during regular operating hours @ $200.00; $25.00/hour thereafter.
- A $50 security deposit required – refundable if facility is returned to original level of cleanliness.
- Any event not within regular operating hours is subject to increased rates.
- A certificate of insurance for $2,000,000 naming both the Clovis Botanical Garden and the City of Clovis is required.
- Use of tables and chairs is included: 12 – 6’ long tables and 56 chairs.
The process to reserve The Pavilion has 4 steps:
- Choose a date and event start time on the scheduling calendar below. (Start times are in 30 minute increments. You’ll choose the time frame of the event on the Facility Use application.)
- Pay the $50 security fee after you choose your time.
- Fill out the the rental application.
- Schedule a time to come into the garden to sign the rental agreement, pay the 50% deposit and walk-through the facility. The reservation is confirmed only after the agreement is signed by both parties.
