Event Venue Rental

Use this form to start a rental of the Visitor’s Center or Pavillion at Clovis Botanical Garden. Find more information about renting here (this will be a link when we have it), including costs and other policies, including alcohol. This form collects your NON-REFUNDABLE setup fee of $100. After submitting this form and payment, your next step is an appointment at CBG to review your event, sign agreements and pay the 50% deposit of the fees.

Only one rental per day is allowed, between the hours of 9AM and 4PM. If a date is not available, that date is taken.

Venue Choice

Either one of the venues may be rented. The Pavillion is open-air and has an attendee limit of 80. The Visitor Center is an indoor venue that accomodates up to 70.

After submitting this form with payment of the set-up fee, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions for setting up your appointment at the Garden office for reviewing your event and it’s costs and signing your event rental agreement. A 50% deposit on the rental fees will be required at that time.

If you do not schedule this appointment to complete setting up your rental within 3 weeks of submitting this form, your reserved date will be released.
