Venues to rent
There are two different spaces available for rent at the Clovis Botanical Garden: The Pavilion and the Visitor Center Gallery.
The Pavilion is a covered outdoor space that accomodates up to 80 attendees. The Visitor Center Gallery is an indoor space that accomodates up to 70 attendees.
The Pavilion
The Pavilion accomodates up to 80 attendees. Tables and chairs are included in the rental fees. A $100 non-refundable setup fee is required. The Pavilion may be rented any day between 9AM and 4PM. The minimum 4 hour rental fee is $500, with an additional $50 per hour after four hours.
Visitor Center Gallery
The Visitor Center Gallery is an indoor space with HVAC that will accomodate up to 70 attendees. There is a refrigerator and small kitchenette area for catering setup.
The VC Gallery may be rented any day between 9AM and 4PM. Tables and chairs are included in the rental fees. A $100 non-refundable setup fee is required. The minimum 4 hour rental fee is $1000, with an additional $100 per hour after four hours.
The Visitor Center Patio is an open uncovered space adjacent to the Gallery accommodating up to 30, that is available upon request on a limited basis. Contact the Garden for more information.

Facility Use Fees are based on number of hours needed for event; including set up and clean up time.
- There is a 4-hour minimum for the facility rental and a non-refundable setup fee of $100.
- Any events must occur between regular operating hours 9 AM – 4 PM.
- A certificate of insurance for $2,000,000 naming both the Clovis Botanical Garden and the City of Clovis is required.
- Tables and chairs available
- No alcohol is allowed.
- Only one rental of either venue will be allowed per day.
- 50% deposit is required at signing and the other 50% to be paid at least two weeks before the event.
The process to reserve a facility has 4 steps:
- Choose a date on the scheduling calendar below. Only one rental is allowed per day, regardless of venue. Your start time and end time will be confirmed at the follow-up meeting, but must happen between 9 AM – 4 PM.
- Pay the $100 non-refundable setup fee.
- Schedule a time to come into the garden to sign the rental agreement, pay the 50% deposit of the facility use fees and walk-through the facility. The reservation is confirmed only after the agreement is signed by both parties.
