Fill out the rental application

Thanks for reserving your event date & start time and paying your $50 security deposit. There are 2 additional steps in renting The Pavilion.

1. Fill out the rental application.

2. Schedule a time to come into the garden office to:
   1. Confirm your event day & time
   2. Sign the rental agreement
   3. Provide the required valid ID
   4. Calculate your fees
   5. Pay the 50% deposit on rental fees
   6. Walk through the facility
