The Final Step: Visiting the Garden

The last step to renting the pavilion is to come to the garden.

IMPORTANT: Your rental will not be finalized until AFTER you’ve come to the garden.

Before your appointment, please download and review the rental agreement. You may print the form and fill it out in advance, but DO NOT SIGN THE FORM UNTIL YOUR APPOINTMENT TO SEE THE GARDEN. Signing the agreement will take place during the appointment.

Your garden appointment will include:

1. Confirm your event date and start time.
2. Sign the use agreement.
3. Present a valid ID.
4. Calculate the fee.
5. Pay the 50% deposit fee.
6. Get a walk-though of the venue. We’ll point out the electrical outlets, shades, the north service entry as well as the tables and chairs, etc.
